2. การคีย์ข้อมูล ต้องดำเนินการให้ถูกต้อง เพื่อความแม่นยำ ควรมีการทำคู่มือการคีย์ข้อมูล เพื่อง่ายต่อการตรวจสอ...บข้อมูล ก่อนมีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยและสมมุติฐานของการวิจัยด้วย

2. หัวข้อที่เลือก ครูคิดว่าหรือคาดว่าจะทำสำเร็จบรรลุเป้าหมายตามเวลากำหนดส่งตามระยะเวลาของสำนักงานเขตกำหนด

              การพัฒนาครูให้เป็นครูนักวิจัยถือเป็นบทบาทหนึ่งของครูยุคใหม่ ที่มีความสำคัญยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เป็นไปตามหลักสูตรมุ่งหวัง เมื่อมีปัญหาเกิดขึ้นกับผู้เรียนกับกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียน ครูต้องทำการค้นหาสาเหตุแห่งปัญหาที่แท้จริง แสวงหาแนวทาง หลักการ เทคนิควิธีการต่างๆ สำหรับนำมาใช้แก้ปัญหา วางแผนแก้ปัญหา ดำเนินการตามแผนที่วางไว้ ติดตามตรวจสอบประเมินผลของการแก้ปัญหานั้นๆ หากยังไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงในทางที่ดีขึ้น ครูต้องตรวจสอบกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาใหม่ ทำการปรับปรุงแก้ไขและนำไปทดลองใช้อีกครั้งหนึ่งหรือครั้งต่อไปจนกว่าจะพึงพอใจ ทั้งครูและผู้เรียน ซึ่งการวิจัยลักษณะนี้เรียกว่า การวิจัยในชั้นเรียน (สำราญ กำจัดภัย. 2548 : 1)การวิจัยในชั้นเรียนซึ่งทำโดยครูผู้สอน ถือว่าเป็นงานวิจัยที่เอื้อประโยชน์โดยตรงต่อการช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนในความรับผิดชอบของตนเอง รวมทั้งมีประโยชน์ทางอ้อมในการใช้เพิ่มวิทยฐานะหรือใช้ประกอบการพิจารณาความดีความชอบต่างๆ อีกด้วย แต่ทั้งนี้ปัญหาที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ ครูยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเท่านั้น (พิสณุ ฟองศรี. 2549 : 2) ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการทำวิจัยและคิดว่าการทำวิจัยเป็นเรื่องยาก โดยมีการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและการทำวิจัยแบบแยกส่วน   ทำให้เสียเวลาไปกับการทำวิจัย เวลาที่อุทิศให้การสอนลดน้อยลง ทำให้การเรียนการสอนในชีวิตประจำวันได้รับผลกระทบ ทำการสอนไม่ได้เต็มที่ จนเป็นเรื่องปกติที่กล่าวว่าครูทำการวิจัยงานสอนจะหย่อนลง การทำวิจัยในลักษณะนี้จึงไม่ค่อยเกิดประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียน แต่จะเกิดประโยชน์ต่อครูผู้ทำวิจัยที่ต้องการนำผลงานการวิจัยไปใช้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพิจารณาเลื่อนตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ
